Disney Store online

I have to say by far that the best customer service I have received in a very long time was from the Disney Store online. We preordered Tangled for the girls so that we could also get the lithographs that are absolutely Beautiful! We put the bluray in just as soon as it arrived and it did not work, we tried other movies they played fine, after looking at it, it looked as though it was not burned there was nothing on the disc to indicate that it had been like all the other movies we checked, this is just what my husband thinks, so I emailed Disney notifying them of the problem and they immediately said they would replace it for FREE!! They Get 5 stars!!
